The Broxbourne Local Plan suffers delay

Broxbourne Council’s ‘Broxbourne Plan’ which sets  out  to provide a ‘vision’ for the development of the Borough from 2016 to 2031 has been delayed.  This means that consultation is now expected to take place in July and the plan handed over to the government next year.  The government has said that they will step in if plans have not been submitted by March next year.

An outline of the plan was produced last year and can be fund here:  https://www.broxbourne.gov.uk/sites/default/files/Documents/Planning/151012LocalPlanDocOct15_NEW.pdf
