General Election Campaign 2015

The General Election on 7th May 2015 was a disappointment for The Labour Party nationally but in Broxbourne our vote went up and our we held our council seat in Waltham Cross

We ran an exceptionally positive campaign here in Broxbourne for the General Election in May 2015, polling nearly 9000 votes and holding our place as opposition on the Broxbourne Borough Council.

Over the course of the election campaign Edward Robinson and the team knocked on hundreds of doors across the constituency and met thousands of voters. We were also able to help out in our twin seat of Harlow.

The election team nearly doubled in size since the start of the campaign and several new members have joined since the result was declared.

As the Labour Party chooses a new leader and rebuilds nationally, Broxbourne Labour will continue to build and to hold the Tories to account. In the absence of any Lib Dem Party locally, Labour is the only progressive alternative to the Tories.
